DEADLINE (NO Exceptions!): We must receive your mail-in registration by May 25 the absolute latest. No exceptions! Do yourself a favor and get it in much earlier to avoid problems.

Registration, Refund and Event Policies:
Our refund policy is as follows: Any refund will be less a 20% event processing fee. Money paid in-person prior to the event will be refunded up to 10 days from receipt. Money paid online will be refunded up to 10 days from receipt. Money mailed in will be refunded 10 days from postmark. (Specifically: 10 days from the day you put it in the mail). NOTE: There are no refunds whatsoever after May 15. Sales on all T-shirts are final - if you can't pick up your T-shirt at the event, please send in the $8 shipping and handling fee to have it delivered to you after June 15. To maintain fairness toward everyone, there will be no exceptions made to this registration and refund policy, so kindly *do not ask*.
All attendees must be properly registered and wearing registration badges at all Tai Chi Gala events. NO ONE will be admitted into workshop areas or Tai Chi Gala activities without their registration badge. There are no "special prices" or discounts for arriving later in the day to register as a walk-in. All attendees must follow the rules and policies of the venue as well. Any failure to do so will result in expulsion from the Tai Chi Gala without any refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
